I saw another strange message from my dmesg output:
Code:

SIS5513: not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later

I'm using SiS 5513 IDE chipset, and it is compiled inside the kernel.

Can somebody explain that dmesg line, please?

It means that you do not have an exact driver for that particular IDE interface.
Apart from the Intel PIIX4 hardware, almost nothing is an exact match - don't worry about it.
As long as you included "generic IDE support" in the kernel you have all the support the kernel has to offer.
