ich bin vor kurzem von XP auf Gentoo umgestiegen. Zur Zeit habe ich aber noch diverse Probleme.
Eins davon ist das ich Sachen wie "at" oder das pipe-symbol nicht eingeben kann, vom Euro-symbol ganz zu schweigen.
bei Alt Gr + Q zb passiert nichts.

in rc.conf habe ich
KEYMAP="de-latin1"

eingestellt, xkblayout ist
Option "XkbLayout" "de"

weiß jemand Rat ?

stell doch mal in der rc.conf
    KEYMAP="de"
und
    CONSOLEFONT="lat9w-16"

da sollte es schon mal in der konsole klappen.

fürs x sieht mein eintrag so aus:
    Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier "Keyboard1"
    Driver "Keyboard"
    Option "AutoRepeat" "500 30"
    Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
    Option "XkbModel" "hpxe3gf"
    Option "XkbLayout" "de"
    EndSection

habs auch so einegstellt, hat aber nichts genutzt

Ah, hab dasselbe Problem (daher schon einen anderen Thread aufgemacht).

Bei mir funktioniert allerdings das @-Zeichen und sogar Euro. Nur eben Pipe nicht. Sehr seltsam.
Das alles mit xorg-x11.

Selbes Problem hier. Euro und @ sind da nur kein pipe. Hat schon jemand ne Lösung?
