Hi,

This is a follow up on my topic "My own Toolkit" where I asked how to get terminal commands to run from an icon. Icons to run Gentoolkit and other utility commands (emerge rsync, etc-update, etc.).
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=8451

Here is a screenshot of My Toolkit.

Very nicely done :D
I'll consider doing this for some frequently used command-line stuff.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly are your "view old ports" and "View New Ports" doing? i didn't know there was a way to see new ebuilds.

This are the icons in the screenshot. I only listed those which concern Gentoo:

Download Latest Ports --> emerge rsync
View New Ports --> emerge -p -u world
Update Tarball World --> emerge -uf world
Update World --> emerge -u world

View Old Ports --> emerge -p clean
Remove Old Ports --> emerge clean

Update /etc Folder --> etc-update
View Installed Ports --> qpkg -I (not shown in screenshot)

Kportage --> kportagemaster
Printer --> http://localhost:631/admin (cups)

View Daemons --> /etc/conf.d/local.start
View Portage Folder --> /usr/portage/
View Portage Tarballs --> /usr/portage/distfiles

This really should have been attached to the original thread.
