You can search for a package:

Code:
# emerge -s mosfet
[ Results for search key : mosfet ]
[ Applications found : 1 ]

*  x11-misc/mosfet-liquid-widgets
      Latest version Available: 0.9.5
      Latest version Installed: 0.9.5
      Homepage: http://www.mosfet.org/liquid.html
      Description: Mosfet's High-Permormance Liquid Widgets and Style for KDE 3.x

Then just emerge the package:

Code:
# emerge mosfet-liquid-widgets

What version of Qt do you have and what version is Mosfet looking for? Need more info. I used that highperformance liquid theme once with mandrake and it was a big pain in my arse and I would not reccomend that you use it.

PS: I got it working but with the transperencies and all the crap that it does you better have at least 512mb of ram if you don't want to deal with a real big hit in the mem dept. It was to much for me so I booted it. Right now with kde I run an included "minimalistic" theme and everything fly's right along. I mostly use fluxbox though.
