Keep in mind that they haven't managed to even get 2.6.1 stable yet.

I though gnome used the same numbering as kernel, i.e. odd numbers testing, even numbers are stable??? _________________ Truth lasts longer than lip service

It does, ie. 2.4.* is stable, 2.5.* is development, and 2.6.* is stable. The next unstable branch will be 2.7. |

OK, but 2.6.1 isn't unstable (because of .1), in otherwords it is only minor, not *really* minor numbers. _________________ Truth lasts longer than lip service
