MSI K7N2 Delta ILSR and Software RAID on Promise 376 Cntrlr

I was wondering if anyone else has software raid setup on the msi k7n2 delta ilsr motherboard using sata drives connected to the promise 376 controller?

i have setup software raid and all is well in my config however my bios won't pick up the drives on the controller to read the mbr and boot the system. so i was wondering what you have in your bios for "what device to boot from" and what you did with the controller bit?

(Solved) sorta i decided to just drop an old 9GB HDD i had sitting on the shelf and use it as my /boot drive/partition and set the bios to boot from it. Used LVM for software raid on the 2 sata drives and all is well, i don't think where is a way to get around that and i tried a lot.
