Installing Reiser4?

Hi! Booting off the livecd and neeed to know how to install reiser4 - mkfs.reiser4 gives an error, no such file or directory. I take it this fs isn't on the cd? If that's the case how will I get it (keep in mind i just deleted my Gentoo paritions and am writing this from the links2 browser!)

u will need a cd with the required tools built in.............redeeman livecd 2 should be it........search forum for the link
