When I look at PDFs in KGhostview or KPDF, they look like this. I have them both set-up to antialias fonts, and they obviously aren't doing that.
When I look at the same PDF in Adobe's acroread, it looks like this.
How can I fix the KDE PDF viewers? |

I have the same problem but have not resolved it yet. I think that it is a common problem but still I haven't found any decent hint. It is very sad though. I used to run Mandrake and I didn't even think about anything related to ghostscript, xpdf, kpdf, lyx etc. because it was all perfectly tuned from the very beginning. |

Does anyone have a solution to this? This isn't a problem with a proprietory format because xpdf and gv work fine and render the PDFs well. It's just kpdf which messes up on certain pdfs. |
