I had a linksys wrt54g that got fried. I'm looking to replace it so I can have wifi, but don't really want to spend the money on the wrt54g again. I am running iptables and have manually setup everything and now just want to add wifi. Whats the best pci 11g card out there that I can setup in linux?

You should have a look at Prism[54]-based wlan cards... they works fine with linux.
I think they are the best cards you could find.
