No more sound ... [solved]

I was listening a radio statio with mplayer ...

I mute it for a sec and now I dont have any sound either with xmms or mplayer ...

I cannot find any mixer to check is the sound is still muted, I try the
Volume Control under my Gnome menus but I got a

the mixer stuff seems to work perfectly and about alsa .!!!! I already got it !!

It seems by emerge alsa again did the thing I got my sound back ...

Dont know what realy append but I got sound ...
