I updated from rc1-mm5 to rc2-mm4 and I get this error

I know it's just a warning, but trying to boot the kernel got me a computer freez at diffrent places (I tryed sevral times).
So I redirected /usr/src/linux to point to the old kerne, rebuilt nvidia-kernel and nvidia-glx and booted my old kernel. Now evrey now and then I get a comp freez.
There are sevral forums that talk about nvidia problems:

but I didn't realy understand the solution, and if it's even for my problems.

hmm.. I'm experiencing similar issues with my system right. I've tried everything but changing my kernel or backing the nvidia-kernel version down a level. Right now I'm using kernel 2.6.8-gentoo-r4 not a 2.6.9 kernel though.

| it's a problem with few patches in mm, see the latest love-sources thread (2.6.9_rc2-love4), there was a patch |
