|
|
We're setting up 2 kiosk machines, and the machines themselves are very locked down. Here's the only issue. The only thing running will be a web browser. We need that browser to only go to a single site. Is there a way to do this with privoxy? If not, is there something better?
eg:
when they type my.site.net it goes to my.site.net
when they type google.com it goes to my.site.net
when they trpe anything.anything it goes to mysite.net
Thanks for any help. _________________ Gentoo systems.

One way would be to install squid web proxy on that box, and set the browser to proxy off that box. With this you can re-write http headers, i.e all headers can be re-writen to go to another website ![Smile :)](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |
