Hello,
I have a friend who can't connect anymore on msn from his job computer. Prolly because the admin has blocked the port.
So I d'like to run something like proxy or a socks4 (i dunno the difference) on my linux server @home to allow him to bypass the firewall. For example he would setup bilan.dyndns.org 8080(or any not-blocked port) on his msn options, and he could connect again on msn.
Is it possible and how to do ? Or any other solution ?
Thanks for ur help, |

Does your friend really want to risk his job for that? I think I read somewhere that MSN messenger servers will also answer on port 80 for just this reason. _________________ The true guru is a teacher.
