I installed ut2004 and doom3 and neither starts something about a segment fault. But according to Code: | glxinfo | grep rendering | direct rending is YES. So why isnt it working?? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. |

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libGL.so.1 doom3
|
Try that for your doom3 problem (it may work for ut2004 as well). |

Start the programs from a terminal and when they seg fault copy paste the exact error message. |
