BG2 / BG2SoA / BG2ToB

Those are
(BG2 = BG2SoA)
Baldur's Gate II : Shadows of Amn
Baldur's Gate II : Throne of Bhaal (Expansion Pack)

Not sure what the guidelines are (i.e. if you allow alpha/beta Portages or Cedega Games) but what I have are:
Icewind Dale
Icewind Dale : Heart of Winter
Icewind Dale II
Homeworld

(If you wanted other Cedega / Wine games that work that require CDs, I can definately pop a big list of my games I have presently working.)

i think it is best to keep it to the games directly onn portage, the ones people emerge and expect to play straight away

If that's the case, then IWD 1, 2 and along with Planes of Torment should work with GemRB eventually... I'm unsure.

http://gemrb.sf.net <-- Direct Link.

There are a lot of them. Here is the complete list (with all the files needed):
http://scummvm.sourceforge.net/documentation.php?view=datafiles

But none of them are in portage, only the scumm vm can be emerged.

EDIT: oops I spoke too quickly, as mm/ol said Flight of the amazon queen (games-rpg/queen) and Beneath a Steel Sky(games-rpg/bass) are both in portage

Cokehabit, please note that the Baldur's Gate games are not in portage, I'm hosting their ebuilds off-site.

Flight of the Amazon Queen and Beneath a Steel Sky are both in portage, as queen and bass, I think.

Sure thing! I created this thread about it on the forums.

ScummVM is a open source replacement of the LucasArts Adventures Engine (Indy4, MonkeyIsland, etc.).

While not exactly in Portage they do have Linux ports and need the original CDs before they can be made to do anything useful:

Descent: Freespace
Freespace 2

Also, unless you have a Windows installation to copy the .vp files from (the base ones aren't on the CDs as such, they're built at install time from installshield .CAB files) you need something like the icculus Freespace installer available here:

http://www.icculus.org/~ravage/freespace2/

Both of these games manage to fully download all the files they need to play as they've been freely released. I.e. an `emerge bass queen` is all that is needed to play these games, so I don't think they belong on this list.
