A working Hylafax...

The Hylafax is currently broken in Portage.. I think the package is ancient.

yup it's broken

did you try to compile it from tarball? I did, and it didn't work. ./configure complained about a missing c++ runtime library.
Has someone a solution how to get hylafax on my Gentoo box?
(I've already posted the errormessage here)
