You may wish to check your bios settings for the AGP memory gate/channel to see if it's set to the same amount as your available video memory (64M or 128M or 256M)
Those memory bandwidth warnings can be caused by that.
As far as the problem of only detecting one of your two lcd monitors that can be cause by the auto dpms in most FP displays. If the system is trying to detect them and they are off in powersave mode then X doesn't think they are there and will assume they aren't there. It will still load one monitor but not both.
If you set option "dpms" on each of the display sections then X will know they may be in DPMS=off mode and will try to switch them on before trying to detect them.
hope this helps... Happy dualscreening, it rox _________________ -SL

you should also correct your refresh settings as you can see in the log file:

further more you should disable dri via commenting out the module:
from the nvidia driver readme:
Quote: |
If you already have an X config file working with a different driver
(such as the 'nv' or 'vesa' driver), then all you need to do is find
the relevant Device section and replace the line:
Driver "nv"
(or Driver "vesa")
with
Driver "nvidia"
In the Module section, make sure you have:
Load "glx"
You should also remove the following lines:
Load "dri"
Load "GLcore"
if they exist. There are also numerous options that can be added to the
X config file to fine-tune the NVIDIA X driver. Please see Appendix D
for a complete list of these options.
