well, i have read through many topics, googled, nothing helped, i just can't get any dvd to play.
i have the latest libdvd* librarys installed. starting e.g. vlc from the shell, i see its output when trying to play a dvd: error cracking css key for (insert every .vob file here.
any idea?

Have you tried...?
It works quite well but without menu support. It just plays the movie.
Another dvd player is ogle.
