QT-3.3.4 breaks chinese

it seems that new Qt 3.3.4-r5 breaks chinese input somehow. Scim and fcitx both does not work under new QT.
Even I did re-emerge kdelibs, kdebase and kdeartwork. Do i missing something?
Anyway have the same problem?

會不會是USE flag 中遺漏了 immqt / immqt-bc ?

为何不干脆把QT-3.3.4-r5列在package.mask中呢？
