Just a question, I've referred to a post I wrote regarding getting Gentoo on the XP bootloader at least 5 times in the past two days, is it possible to write a detailed step-by-step set of instructions to get this working and make it sticky for people to refer to? _________________ --

Maybe you should ask an admin about it, but fact is that i'm not sure if it's good using XP bootloader or explaining how to use it to load gentoo when on the doc there is already everything detailed about grub and lilo |

True, they're both options, however this basically still uses LILO, however it offers an extra degree of flexibility in the fact that you don't need to have a two-step boot process to load XP, etc. _________________ --

Only moderators can make posts sticky. We try to keep the number of sticky posts low as the first page of each forum is valuable. Which post are you referring to?
