Hi everyone,
I've a stupid question. Why does K3B work with Gnome and crashes at boot with KDE ( and I don't want to read : because KDE s*cks ) ?

looks like it crashes when trying to access the NFS kio interface. The problem is most likely that you have mismatched KDE packages. When you see Code: | WARNING: Found version 75, expecting version 79 or higher. | you know that there is a version conflict.
I doubt this is a K3b problem, but rather a problem with your kde installation. Make sure all installed KDE packages are updated to the same versions. When I'm logged as a normal user and then do su, I can start k3b as root. But when I do it as a user it still shows the same error. How is that possible ? |
