Despues de esperar el largo proceso de compilacion y la lucha contra un kernel panic xD.. cuando arranca las x, inicia con kdm y entorno kde, me pone un cuadro que dice: | Quote: | | Sin. Fuerza Limite |
ahi bailando en la pantalla, pense que no tenia kdm y efectivamente no lo tengo, pero al emergiarlo me aparece esto:

eso parece... al hacer un emerge -p kde-base debería aparecerte una línea en rojo y con una B que será el software que tendrás que desinstalar para luego proceder a instalar el kde.

viendo esto, estás seguro de que no tienes kdm ???? Porque hasta hace poco kdm venía con kdebase y ese ya lo tienes instalado y de ahi que te de el block. Que te dice un locate kdm o un whereis kdm ???
Mas bien parece que actualizaste a kde3.4 y tb. añadiste los split ebuilds del kde despues ...

Je je je fijate que no hab'ia le'ido bien el post y el gringo tiene toda la razón si ya emergiste el kde ya tienes kdm solo debes modificar el rc.conf ó desde la consola hacer

Pero bueno, por qué pones a emerger el ebuild??

Pruebapara el kdm
Si alguno te dice que está bloqueado por otro paquete, mira si prefieres el susodicho paquete o el nuevo, y si es esto último, desinstalas el viejo.

Modifique correctamente el rc.conf , el problema que me aparece ya la interfaz grafica pero como comente al pricipio me aparece un mensaje el un cuadro rojo con la frase Sinc. Fuerza Limite
Igual soy un tonto  pero elimine kde con emerge -C , quite las depencias con emerge depclean y actualize todo el sistema, el cual no me dio ningun error y me dejo actializar, sin el problema mencionado en el primer mensaje, ahora se me ocurrio hacer un emerge kdm, se instalo correctamente al aparecer, ahora hize un emerge kde y me da esto;

No te entendi nada........
Ok amigos, desinstalare los paquetes que me dan conflictos (blocks B ) y mandare a emergiar el kde, haber que tal, cualquier cosa les comunico por aqui, muchas gracias, espero que lo que comente despues sea... Todo solucionado

no hay problemas, sólo te dice que tienes puesto dos uses para bases de datos y que por defecto compilará con gdbm.
Si no sabes de que va este historia y no le vas a dar uso, tira palante

No lo puedo creer, para no salirme de ma sproblemas, segun yo volvi a instalar todo el sistema, pero despues de dos dias, me vuelve el error

Y ahora que? de nuevo emergie primero kde con emerge kde y despues kdm y me salto es mismo error que en mi primer post... Ahora me podrian decir de manera que pueda entender que debo hacer o mando a freir esparragos al kde

Dices que emerges primero kde y luego quieres emerger kdm.
KDM es parte de kde, así que ¿para qué quieres emerger kdm después de kde?
¿No tendrás ya el kdm instalado?
¿Sabes lo que has emergido al emerge el kde?
¿Por qué intentas instalar kdebase-meta si ya has emergido kde?
¿Qué es lo que realmente intentas instalar?
De hecho packages.gentoo.org dice:

Si ya has emergido eso, ¿por qué quieres emerger otra vez los mismos paquetes?

Jeje pues me maldigo a mi mismo , ya lo solucione, si entro a kde pero el problema ahora que solo entro como root, en sesion normal (usuario) se queda en donde dice: Initializing peripherals asi que elimino la sesion X, y me voy a otra consola, me logeo como usuario y me aparece esto una ves logeado -bash: /dev/null: Permision denied , a que se debe??¿ me imagino que por eso se quedara trabado en el proceso...
