I decided to try out metalog on the latest system I set up. I'm trying to get metalog to log messages from BIND. I put the following in my /etc/metalog/metalog.conf:

BIND :
program = "/usr/sbin/named"
logdir = "/var/log/bind"

The metalog instructions seemed pretty straight forward about it, but it doesn't seem to pick up anything. I tried the realtime mode and put a minimum = 7 in after that. I even rebooted to see if it would write to file. Did I miss something silly? I did create the folder /var/log/bind.
