Hallo!
Ich habe hier ein etwas komisches Problem.
Ich habe in meinem rechner 1.5 GB Ram eingebaut
aber unter Gentoo werden nur 896MB genutzt warum.
dmesg liefert folgendes:

free liefert diese ausgabe:

Warum ist das so und was kann man dagegen tun.

Im Kernel CONFIG_HIGHMEM4G aktivieren, in menuconfig findest du's unter
Processor type and features -> High Memory Support ->4GB |
