Hi I have followed the online documentation closely... But after I add the line 'Listen=YES' and test vsftpd without inetd I get : 500 OOPS: could not bind lisening IPv4 socket help would be appreciated

are you running as root? vsftpd requires that to bind port 21, then changes the user cheers.
