Ok, i want to setup a dsl router. The box i want to use is pretty old!
P1 133mhz
16mb ram
1.2gb HDD
Would it possible to use it as a dsl router and maybe run irssi on it?
Do I have to compile the installation on my desktop machine ?
Would you use a distribution other than gentoo for this purpose? |

I have a AMD running @ 200 Mhz with 16 Mb of RAM.. So... Why not? 
Just be sure to plug that harddrive into a more powerfull computer, and then later on use distcc for all of your maintenance needs.
