I'm running into some difficulties rebuilding the kernel (linux-2.6.11-gentoo-r9).

Quote:
awk: cmd. line:2: fatal: cannot open file `/usr/src/linux-2.6.11-gentoo-r9/include/linux/version.h' for reading (No such file or directory)

Is what I get when I try to run 'make clean'. I don't get the usual make clean messages, and have tried re-emerging the gentoo-sources to no avail. The file just isn't there. Any suggestions?

Ignore the error message, it'll work just fine.
