I have recently re-installed Gentoo after figuring out where i went wrong on my last install. this time i have opted to install gnome only and not installing KDE or anything related to it.(becouse of problems with conflicts)
But this time i cant see the filesystem on my mothers computer which is running windows xp. Last time i installed it was there after running LISA .
If i install lisa again i am worried thet it will conflict with gnome.
is there something like lisa that is only designed for gnome?

| You could try XFSamba, to acces windows shares, but it is not very comfortable or stylish.... |

| this is not really what i was after ...what i realy need is to be able to view windows through nautilus. |
