salve, in procinto di comprare un palmare e poi di metterci il nostro caro kernel, vorrei anche chiedere che software posso usare per utilizzare il GPS sotto linux, considerando che acquistero' un modulo GPS bluetooth (o quello della Hamlet o quello con chip nemerix).
Che software esiste? Io non so nulla!

Ora provo a scaricare e a vedere "gpsdrive" sul notebook, mi sembra molto ben fatto, oltre al ato che e' l'unico in portage.
Mi chiedo solo dove si scaricano le mappe apposite a questo punto... |

probabilmente tramite il software update.... oppure leggi la doc sul sito, qualcosa ci sarà http://gpsdrive.kraftvoll.at/docu.shtml _________________ cache: a safe place for hiding or storing things..

io uso gpsd e gpsdrive..
il soft in se va benissimo...
sono le carte che non sono accurate...
avevo trovato un amico che aveva fatto uno script per scaricarle da un server cartografico, ma evidentemente quelli del server se ne sono accorti e ora non funge più
ps c'era anche una guida al gps da qualche parte... _________________ sono colui che sostiene il reale |

Ho provato gpsroute, carino, ma siceramente fa cagare, non segue le mappe scaricate, cioe' se gli dici di fare ad esempio Rimini - Trieste ti passa incima all'acqua! |
