PC Card wireless

Hello ppl,

I need to get hold of a PC-card wireless device for my laptop. I'd be interested to hear what people are using and what works and what doesnt.

any input would be great!

ok, how about a DLINK DWL-G650 ??? Is anyone using one of those by any chance?

....it seems like "revision B and C" are supported by madwifi .... It would just be nice to hear that someone actually uses one of these with no problems before I run out and pay hard-earned $$$'s for one.

I'm equipped with just that one. Everything's fine for me. It's much better than any Broadcom chipset you'll find around...

what about madwifi tools?

...the ebuild didnt include manpages for these. I came across http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7194747&forum_id=43650

but I'm sure there must be more complete documentiation somewhere?
