Is this the only project of its type, or are there more that look better?? I am just looking for a 3D file system view, with a lot of flexibility and room for change. Thanks

Sidenote / slightly OT: I found it highly annoying - the "ooh" effect goes away very very quickly. But if you like it, you're probably going to like psdoom too: http://psdoom.sourceforge.net/ _________________ Military Commissions Act of 2006: http://tinyurl.com/jrcto

TDFSB is a pretty cool one, and is in portage. Also, the Brutal File Manager is fun to play around with: http://www.forchheimer.se/bfm/. "File manager and first person shooter written in Java3D, you remove files by shooting at them". |

I definetly want to use psdoom....
I downloaded the source (psdoom-2000.05.03-src.tar.gz, is there any other?) and typed make linux-x86 in the xdoomsrc directory and get a lot of these:
Code: |
playmus.c:157: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
make[1]: *** [linux/playmus.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/psdoom-src/xdoomsrc/musserv'
make: *** [musserv-linux] Error 2
