here's my xorg.conf
Code: | Section "ServerLayout"

InputDevice "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
InputDevice "Keyboard0" "CoreKeyboard"
EndSection |

From a quick look, you are specifying that to 'X' that "Keyboard0" will be your keyboard. No other keyboard is specified to 'ServerLayout', so it won't bother looking for more.

No layout is specified for "Keyboard0", so, IIRC, it defaults to 'US'.

This is, persumably, the keyboard you want to use.
I'd suggest changing the "ServerLayout" section to reference this one, or if you have more the one keyboard, add
Code: | InputDevice "Keyboard1" "SendCoreEvents" |
for the other keyboard.
