I used to run Debian, where i got excellent subpixel rendering antialiased fonts used by libfreetype2 and KDE3.
I emerged X after emerging libfreetype2, which is called to support
antialiased true type fonts with this kind-of "font hinting"
But the antialiasing looks terribly ugly!
Has anyone experienced the same or solved the problem?
Do i need a patch?
hope someone has an idea...
