Fluxbox resolution and desktop size

In order to see my entire desktop in Fluxbox, I have to set my resolution to 1280 x (whatever). If I set it to anything lower, my desktop "scrolls"; which is not desireable to me. Is there a way to fix this?

Check you settings in the XF86Config file, and maybe do a search for resolution or something.
