Hi everybody,

I'm new to overlays, but am trying to learn, specifically by installing plone/zope, which I really need. (BTW, one must go through overlays to get a reasonably up-to-date version of plone, see bug 105187.)

I'm now stuck with the message Filesize does not match recorded size but don't see what the problem could be, since I created the digest myself and the "size" and "MD5" sum appear to be correct. This is probably a noob question. Can anyone point out what I'm doing wrong?

Steps:
1. Download http://plone.org/products/plonelanguagetool/releases/0.8/PloneLanguageTool-0.8.tar.gz to /usr/portage/distfiles/
2. cd /usr/local/portage/net-zope/plonelanguagetool/files
3. ebuild /usr/protage/distfiles/PloneLanguageTool-0.8.tar.gz digest
This generates: digest-plonelanguagetool-0.8 with what appear to be the right MD5 and size.
4. emerge -av --fetchonly plone
Result:
Code:

>>> emerge (1 of 31) net-zope/plonelanguagetool-0.8 to /
>>> Previously fetched file: PloneLanguageTool-0.8.tar.gz size ;-)
>>> Previously fetched file: PloneLanguageTool-0.8.tar.gz MD5 ;-)
>>> md5 files   ;-) plonelanguagetool-0.8.ebuild

!!! Digest verification Failed:
!!!    /usr/local/portage/net-zope/plonelanguagetool/files/digest-plonelanguagetool-0.8
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size

>>> Please ensure you have sync'd properly. Please try 'emerge sync' and
>>> optionally examine the file(s) for corruption. A sync will fix most cases.

I don't get why line 2 of the above message says the size is OK, but the "reason" for the error is a problem with the size!

Any help appreciated.
