I'm about to do a Real Gentoo install with the help of some friends (cheater-conrad etc) . So I'm trying to find out any users using the same hardware as me especially my gfx card. how do you guys get it working with fbsplash. VLOS uses bootsplash I think, but I hear gentoo likes fbsplash and stuff not sure. So yea my friend wnats to know how can I setuup fbsplash+gensplash on my card.
I have an ASUS P4P800-E-Deluxe Mobo Prescott P4 3.0ghz w/ HT Water-Cooled System by Thermaltake Custom Built (not by me though) . 160gb Western Digital . Logitech mx3100
