TVOUT is lagging on Nvidia

I have a strange problem it occurs when I use TwinView and and when having separate screens (DISPLAY :0.0 on CRT on :0.1 on TV). It doesn't happen in Windows so it seems that it is not hardware limitation, but driver problem.

It looks like tvout screen when playing movie in fullscreen (mplayer) is lagging. For example if something is moving fast horizontaly you can see that it is refreshing too slow and vertical objects are skewed oraz when screen is dimming between scenes you can clearly see how it is refreshing between each frame (for example half of the screen is brighter and the other half darker).

Any ideas? Maybe it is some magic parameter to nvidia driver?
