I've just set up a mail server usin courier-imap, postfix, squirrelmail.
I can send mail from squirrelmail, mutt, etc. but I just cannot seem to receive it... Can anyone help me??
I don't know what to do.. help!!!

for a start, grab some "bind" package and type in a console "dig @yourispdns mx yourdomainname"
Post the result. |

tried that dig thing it said command not found or somethin.. what now???

Hey, you don't have the "dig" command by default in gentoo.
Try emerge -s bind and install some bind package.
After that you'll have that "dig" command. |

Now I need to know the error... for example if you're sending an email from yahoo.com to your gentoo box, is there any error? If it is, please copy/paste it. |
