error allo start di kde come user alex

Ciao a tutti...

Ho un problema allo start della kde come user...da root tutto ok ...ma come utente nada..

l'errore restituito e':

Could not read network connection list.
/home/alex/.DCOPserver_KATTIVIK_0


please check that the "dcopserver" program is running!

Tanto per essere chiari alex e' un nuovo utente e dentro la sua home directory non c'e' nada
