Volendo ascoltare i file in formato .wma anche su xmms ho dato l'emerge di xmms-wma, solo che i suddetti file non partono e non si sentono ugualmente.
La versione installata è la seguente:

Hai controllato che il plugin sia abilitato?
Prova a vedere in: [Options] ----> [Preferences] ----> [General Plugins].

Si avevo già controllato, è in Audio I/O Plugins ed è già abilitato. |

Anche io a tempi che usavo xmms non riuscivo a far funzionare quel plugin, ho risolto (più o meno) cambiando player in audacious.

eh ma io volevo far funzionare quel plugin per comodità, i .wma se voglio li sento bene già con mplayer ma era una questione di comodità .... |
