Ripping AudioCD with konqueror

hi,

i'm having trouble getting the audiocd-ripping in konqueror to work... it's incredible slow with ~100kb/s (that would be >10min/song), while k3b would do the complete cd in ~10min.
I already checked the settings in the controlcenter, but i have no clue where i should look...
Can someone please point me to the right way?

I'm new to ripping music in linux too.
I don't know what to tell you about the speed issue because I've got the same problem.
In the control center under sound and multimedia there is a section called Audio CDs, there is a tab there for the mp3 encoder for quality settings and crap like that but, for speed I don't know what to tell you. Mine is ass slow too.
