Problem with greek layout in KDE-3.5

I just emerged KDE-3.5 and when i press the shortcut to change my keyboard layout instead off the Greek flag i get a white box saying "err". I tried to change the keyboard layouts from the control center and the problem insisted. Later on I noticed that the alias for Greek layout in the control center has changed from “el” to “gr”. I believe that this is the problem since KDE still has the “el” alias in its use flags. Any suggestions?
