Why my mldonkey have no speed at all?

i have merged mldonkey 2.7.3 and it seems work smoothly.
in the "server" section, there are several connected servers, but the download(s) have no speed at all
i don't know why.
my server has its own internet ip address and 100M bandwidth

Are you behind a firewall or a router that does NAT?

If so you'll need to forward some ports to your machine.
