I'm trying to get .torrent files to automatically open with btdownloadgui.py in konqueror because it's annoying to always have to type it in the dialog box. I've gone into the KDE file association control panel area but I don't know where to add the .torrent file type to. I added a it to applications and text, but it still doesn't work. any suggestions? _________________ (rob) |

run the btdownloadmanycurses.py in some directory, then simply save the torrent files in that dir, the python script checks the contents every sec or so, and starts downloading/removing the torrents automaticly. very convinient. |

sweet - never knew that, have the same trouble with konqueror, had to emerge mozilla for a form using javascript that wouldnt work in konqueror and it works fine with torrents, only thing stopping me compleatly switching is session saving - KDE doesnt even reopen the mozilla windows let alone goto the last viewed webpage |
