Anybody know how to disable write-cache (in particular for a usb flash drive)? |

Mount it with the sync option. Thats or add sync to the options field in /etc/fstab _________________ Regards,

the usb drive is automounting, so it's not in /etc/fstab and I don't have to manually mount it to use the sync option. Thanks anyway though.
Edit: I'm using Gnome 2.14 |
