Hi all,
I'm searched the forums here and found this thread...
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-447139-highlight-nssldap.html
I think that will fix my problem. However, I just came to this company and I am not familiar with the way this box is setup at all. From what I can tell from startup is that the filesystem is jfs and I have RAID 1 (md0 and md1). Here is my question...
How do I get to those partitions to make the necessary changes to ldap.conf? I think that gentoo is mounting the partitions read-only so I can't make any changes to that file. Should I use a rescue disk and if so how do I mount those partitions? I've used a rescue disk with non-raid systems before with no problem but I'm having trouble getting at those partitions (being RAID).
Any suggestions?
TIA,
Adam |
