|

I want to have a certain position on gvim startup but can't for the life of me figure it out.
according to docs, this is governed by "winpos". I can type ":winpos 0 33" in the command part of the window and it moves the window, but how do I get it to be the default behaviour?
the docs say use winpos in the startup file, but where and how?

thanks. I had tried all sorts of stuff like
set winpos 0 33
but nothing worked. you are correct though, simply "winpos 0 33" works. |
