I also have this problem. It's not anything to worry about if your eth0 doesn't go down. Originally when this happened to me i would have to reboot after that message but changing to use the kernel module solved the reboot problem. I still get the messages but they have no effect on the performance as far as I can tell. I did get in contact with the author of my network card driver and they told me that this was probably happening because something on the PCI bus every now and again would produce some kind of unexpected signal and force the card to reset like that????????? I dont get it. Anyone into that kinda thing that could explain?
