best user friendly ftp

Hi, im trying to use ftp program, and was just wondering what the general oppinion was, as to the best user friendly ftp program available via portage? preferably with a gui. I have just installed gentoo on my new Intel P4 & Canterwood system and looking to build up my program list... I am currently running Gnome 2.2.3

damn you ppl......emerge ncftp and your problems are over :twisted:

ncftp is console app with better features then many x ftp clients. autocompletion is my favorite

i prefere ncftp (not gui!) and kbear (for kde) ...didn't like gftp

Try Igloo-FTP, it looks and works a lot like FlashFXP on Windows.

I actually bought a copy... after being fed up with constant problems connecting to an xbox, so, hey, I blame microsoft, but... they're certainly not going to fix it. IglooFTP solved all my problems, and doesn't crash.
