salve a tutti, io un asus a6tc ,con processore amd64 turion TL 50,scheda audio hda-intel
alsa funziona correttamente posto come ho configurato il kernel:

pero quando lancio firefox-bin o aoss firefox-bin e quando apro un applicazione in flash mi da questo errore :

Che kernel stai utilizzando (es. gentoo-sources-2.6.18-r4) ?
In alternativa ai moduli interni del kernel, prova il pacchetto alsa-driver (dovrai disabilitare nel kernel tutto il supporto ad ALSA, lasciando solo il Sound Support come modulo, settare ALSA_CARDS nel make.conf e installare il pacchetto)

uso
prima funzionava perfettamente dava solo problemi il mixer che non funzionava proprio perfettamente,allora ho provato ad usare gli alsa-driver togliendo il supporto alsa dal kernel ed ha cominciato a darmi questo problema...cmq ora ci riprovo e posto i risultati |

ok,provato con alsa-driver quando con firefox apro un applicazione flash l'output rimane lo stesso...da cosa puo dipendere??

Risulta ancora HARD MASKED, per cui penso sia normalissimo riscontrare gravi problemi nel suo utilizzo. Ti consiglio di tornare alla versione stabile, oppure controllare su Gentoo Bugzilla se qualcuno ha riscontrato i tuoi stessi problemi!

con la versione stabile prima non avevo suoni con flash,per questo ho installato quella instabile....e appena installata funzionava...ribadisco il "funzionava" |

come si dice : " chi lascia la strada vecchia per la nuova, sà quel che lascia, ma non quel che trova"  ,
quindi potrebbe essere un errore dovuto agli alsa-driver come ti ho suggerito prima, prova ad eliminarli e rimettere quelli del kernel.

hai riaggiunto e ricompilato il kernel salvando poi il tutto in /boot ???
hai emerso gli alsa-utils???
hai riconfigurato la scheda con alsaconf?
hai letto questo?

Casomai prova gli alsa-driver instabili, ovvero 1.0.14-rc1, magari il supporto alla tua scheda, essendo abbastanza recente, è migliorato

si ma mi sembra piu un problema di librerie,visto che la scheda audio funziona e' solo il flash che mi da sto problema:

| ho installato netscape-flash-7.0.68,la versione stabile,ed ora il suono con flash va ok, mi rimane solo ralplayer muto...qualche idea? |
